Company Formation Process:
- Customer decide the company name
- Fill out the form and provide copies of identification documents and address proof of Shareholder, Director, Ultimate Beneficial Owner the Company (SJH GLOBAL take company secretary position as a must)
- Our professional team will contact the customer and verify the customer’s identity
- Once the required information has been verified and all the sufficient documents are received, an invoice will be emailed to the customer
- After settlement, documents for Company Formation will be prepared and we will send them to the customer by email within 1-2 working days
- Customer can sign the documents in person, or return the signed originals to us
- Upon receipt of the signed original documents, we will submit an application for Company Registration to the Companies Registry
- Traditional way – In approximately 7 working days, the Certificate of Incorporation; Business Registration Certificate; Company Chop will be ready (subject to the actual processing time of the Companies Registry)
