- Customer decide the company name
- Fill out the form and provide copies of identification documents and address proof of Shareholder/ Director/ Company Secretary of the Company
- Our professional team will contact customer and verify customer’s identity
- Once the required information has been verified, invoice will be emailed to the customer
- After settlement, documents for Company Formation will be prepared and we will send to customer by email on the same day
- Customer can sign the documents in person, or return the signed originals to us
- Upon receipt of the signed original documents, we will submit application for Company Registration to the Companies Registry

Can a Shareholder and a Director be the same person?
Yes, the Shareholder and the Director can be the same person, but the sole Director must not act as the Company Secretary of Company.
Are there any restrictions on the use of words for Company name?
The following terms/phrases require prior approval by the Registrar of Companies before they can be used for registration:
- chamber of commerce/ kaifong/ levy/ savings/ tourist board/ tourist association/ trust/ trustee
Do I need a Hong Kong Identity Card for setting up a Hong Kong Company or being the Director of the Hong Kong Company?
No, under the Companies Ordinance in Hong Kong, there is no restriction on nationality for Shareholders or Directors. Foreigners can register a company in Hong Kong.
